1. What AI Marcus Does

AI Marcus helps users plan, build, launch, and grow business ideas, apps, websites, and digital products. The app may provide AI chat, project planning, image analysis, image generation, video-related features when enabled, subscription access, and account management.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information, such as your email address, authentication identifiers, and basic profile details.
• Project information you choose to enter, including business ideas, project notes, planning details, goals, and progress.
• Chat content, including messages you send to AI Marcus, assistant responses, and conversation history used to preserve context inside your projects.
• Files and media you upload, such as images or attachments, when you use image or project-file features.
• AI outputs, including generated text, image results, and video outputs when those features are enabled or used.
• Subscription and purchase status from Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or similar subscription providers. We do not receive your full payment card number.
• Usage and security data, such as feature usage counts, rate-limit events, device/app diagnostics, error logs, and abuse-prevention signals.

3. How We Use Information

• To create and maintain your AI Marcus account.
• To save your projects and keep each project's AI conversation history separate.
• To provide AI responses, image analysis, generated images, and other requested app features.
• To verify subscription status, restore purchases, and enforce plan limits.
• To prevent abuse, protect the service, troubleshoot errors, and improve app reliability.
• To respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing

When you use AI Marcus, your prompts, project context, uploaded images, and related conversation history may be sent from our secure backend to AI service providers so the app can answer your request. You should not enter passwords, private keys, government ID numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information that is not needed for your project.

Private API keys are stored server-side and are not placed inside the mobile app.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans may be sold through Apple App Store subscriptions, Google Play subscriptions, and RevenueCat subscription management. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, entitlement status, renewal status, cancellation status, and related subscription events. Payment processing is handled by the app stores; Sacred Pathway LLC does not receive your complete payment card details.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate AI Marcus, including authentication, database, storage, AI processing, subscription verification, hosting, app-store purchase processing, and customer support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the app, or Sacred Pathway LLC.

7. Data Retention

We keep account, project, conversation, uploaded media, and usage information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Some security, billing, tax, legal, backup, or app-store records may be retained longer when required by law or by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other service providers.

8. Account Deletion

You can request deletion inside the AI Marcus app from Profile > Delete Account. Deleting your account is designed to remove your AI Marcus account, profile, projects, messages, AI conversations, private uploads, and app-managed data associated with your account.

You can also request help by emailing support@sacredpathwayllc.com. Deleting your app account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must manage or cancel store subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account.

9. Your Choices and Rights

• You may update or delete information you provide in the app where those controls are available.
• You may delete your account in the app or contact support for assistance.
• You may manage subscription renewals through Apple or Google.
• You may contact us to ask for access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help where applicable law provides those rights.

10. Security

We use authentication, row-level security, private storage, server-side API calls, rate limits, and other safeguards to protect user data. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to limit access and protect customer information.

11. Children

AI Marcus is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it if appropriate.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as AI Marcus changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice inside the app or on this website.
