This Privacy Policy explains how Sacred Pathway LLC ("Sacred Pathway," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Sacred Bill Tracker and our other applications and websites (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to sacredpathwayllc.com and to the Sacred Bill Tracker mobile app on the Apple App Store and Google Play. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide and improve the Services.

Account Information

When you create an account or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, and authentication details (such as a password or a sign-in token managed by Apple or Google). This lets us create and secure your account and communicate with you.

Financial Information

Sacred Bill Tracker helps you organize bills, income, balances, and money owed. To do this, we process financial information you choose to add or connect, including data retrieved through our financial data provider, Plaid. We use this information solely to power the features you use and never sell it.

Plaid Integration

Sacred Bill Tracker uses Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to let you securely connect your financial accounts and retrieve authorized financial data. When you choose to link an account, Plaid collects and processes your credentials and financial data on our behalf under Plaid's own privacy policy. We never see or store your bank login credentials — those are handled directly by Plaid. By connecting an account you also agree to the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. With your authorization, we may receive the following through Plaid:

Bank Account Connections

Information identifying the financial institutions and accounts you choose to link (such as account name, type, institution name, and masked account numbers) so we can display and organize your accounts in the app.

Transaction Data

Transaction history for connected accounts — including amounts, dates, descriptions, and categories — used to help you track bills, due dates, spending, and money owed.

Account Balance Data

Current and available balances for connected accounts, used to give you an accurate, real-time picture of your finances.

User-Provided Information

Information you enter yourself, such as bills, due dates, reminders, income, notes, goals, and messages to support. This content powers the features you request.

Automatically Collected Information

Basic device and usage data (app version, device type, operating system) and diagnostic/crash data that help us keep the Services reliable and secure.

How Information Is Used

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Services and their features.
• To connect your financial accounts through Plaid and display your balances, transactions, and account information.
• To help you organize bills, due dates, income, and money owed.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To send important account, security, and service notices.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal or financial information, and we do not use your financial data for advertising.

Data Sharing

We share information only in limited circumstances:

• Plaid — to enable account connections and retrieve authorized financial data, as described above.
• Service providers — trusted vendors who help us operate the Services (cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.

We never sell or rent your personal or financial information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We keep financial and transaction data only as long as necessary for the features you use, and delete or anonymize it when no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law. You can request deletion at any time.

Data Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit. Sensitive bank credentials are handled by Plaid and are never stored by Sacred Pathway. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we continually work to protect your data.

User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or update your personal information.
• Request a copy of the data associated with your account.
• Disconnect a linked financial account at any time from within the app.
• Withdraw consent and delete your account and associated data.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

Residents of certain regions (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA) may have additional rights. To exercise any right, email jamie@sacredpathway.org.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time using the in-app account deletion option where available, or by emailing jamie@sacredpathway.org from the address associated with your account. Upon verified request we will delete your account and associated personal and financial data, and disconnect any linked accounts, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
