Sacred Save — Terms of Use

These terms apply to Sacred Save, the no-spend and savings tracker published by Sacred Pathway LLC for iPhone. By using the app you agree to them.

1. What Sacred Save is

A private record-keeping app. You enter what you chose not to buy and what you set aside, and the app does arithmetic on those numbers — totals, streaks, goal progress, and contribution plans.

2. What Sacred Save is not

Sacred Save is not a bank, a broker, a lender, or a financial adviser. It holds no money, moves no money, and connects to no bank or card account. Nothing it displays is financial advice, and no figure in it is a projection, a recommendation, or a promise. Decisions about your money remain entirely your own, and you should seek a qualified professional if you want advice.

3. Your records are yours

Everything you enter stays on your device. You can export it as CSV or delete all of it at any time from within the app. Sacred Pathway LLC never receives it and therefore cannot read it, recover it, or restore it for you. Keeping your own backup of anything you care about is your responsibility.

4. Accuracy is your own

Every figure in Sacred Save comes from something you typed in. The app cannot verify an amount, a date, a category, or whether a transfer actually happened. Money the app describes as preserved is an estimate of what you chose not to spend — it has not moved anywhere, and the app cannot move it. Money is only described as transferred once you tell the app you have moved it yourself.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Sacred Save is free to use. Sacred Save Premium is an optional paid upgrade, offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

• All purchases are made through the App Store and billed to your Apple Account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the term and price shown at the time of purchase, until cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; it does not end the current period early.
• The lifetime option is a single payment with no renewal.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms, not by Sacred Pathway LLC.

6. Acceptable use

Use Sacred Save for your own personal record-keeping. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, and do not use it in any way that breaks the law or Apple's App Store terms.

7. No warranty

Sacred Save is provided as it is. Sacred Pathway LLC does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure it displays is free of mistakes, and is not liable for financial decisions you make while using it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

8. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and will ship inside the app so it is readable before you continue using it.
