Sacred Save — Privacy Policy

This policy covers Sacred Save, the no-spend and savings tracker published by Sacred Pathway LLC for iPhone. It does not cover any other Sacred Pathway LLC app; each app has its own policy because each one behaves differently.

What Sacred Save stores, and where

Everything you type into Sacred Save — the purchases you chose not to make, the amounts, categories and notes, your daily check-ins, savings goals, sinking funds, deposits and withdrawals, challenges, wishlist items, and contribution plans — is written to a database inside the app's own container on your device.

That data stays on the device. It is not transmitted to Sacred Pathway LLC, and there is no Sacred Save account to sign in to.

What Sacred Save does not do

• No bank or card connection. Sacred Save never asks for bank credentials, card numbers, or account access, and integrates with no account-aggregation service. Every figure in the app is one you typed in by hand.
• No advertising and no cross-app tracking. The app contains no advertising, no advertising identifier, and no third-party tracking or analytics SDK. Nothing you do in Sacred Save is used to profile you or is linked to your activity in other apps or on other websites.
• No sale or sharing of personal information. There is nothing to sell or share, because none of your entries reach us.
• No iCloud sync. Sacred Save does not currently offer iCloud or cross-device sync. Your records live on the one device you entered them on. If you have iCloud Backup switched on in iOS, Apple's device backup may include the app's data as part of your encrypted device backup; that is Apple's backup of your phone, not a Sacred Save sync service.

Notifications

Sacred Save can send you a daily check-in reminder. This is optional. iOS asks for your permission before any reminder is scheduled, and you can decline or later turn reminders off in Settings inside the app or in iOS Settings. Reminders are scheduled locally by iOS on your device. Sacred Save does not use push notifications, does not request a push token, and sends nothing to a server in order to remind you.

Purchases

Sacred Save Premium is sold through the App Store. Apple processes the transaction and handles your payment details; Sacred Pathway LLC never sees your card, billing address, or Apple Account credentials. The app asks Apple only whether a valid purchase exists on the Apple Account currently signed in, so it knows whether to unlock Premium features. Apple's own privacy policy governs the payment itself.

Export and import

Premium includes a CSV export of what you have recorded. The export is generated on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet, so you choose where it goes. Sacred Pathway LLC does not receive a copy and has no way to retrieve one.

Sacred Save can also read a Sacred Save CSV export back in. Import only ever adds records; it does not overwrite or delete anything already on the device, and any row it cannot read is reported to you rather than silently discarded. Files you import are read on the device only.

Deleting your data

Settings › Delete all data permanently erases every challenge, goal, deposit, wishlist item, and recorded day from the device. Deleting the app from your iPhone also removes its local database. Because Sacred Pathway LLC never held a copy, there is nothing for us to delete on our side and nothing we can restore afterwards.

Sacred Save has no user accounts, so there is no account to close or delete.

Diagnostics

Sacred Save contains no crash-reporting or analytics library. If you have turned on Apple's own "Share With App Developers" setting on your iPhone, Apple may make aggregated crash and energy diagnostics available to us through App Store Connect. Those reports come from Apple, are controlled by that iOS setting, and contain technical information about the app — not the amounts, notes, or goals you entered. You can turn that setting off in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.

Children

Sacred Save is a general-audience budgeting tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children — in fact we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, because your entries never leave your device.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. A copy of the current policy is also readable inside the app, offline, under Settings › Privacy & terms.
