Salvage Guardian Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Salvage Guardian ("the App"), provided by Sacred Pathway LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. The App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
The App
Salvage Guardian is a storage-analysis and cleanup utility for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It helps you understand what is using your storage and review items you may want to remove. It is offered as a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Your Responsibilities
- Back up important data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Salvage Guardian helps you review and remove items, but you decide what to remove, and removal may be irreversible depending on your operating system's recovery options. Review carefully before confirming any removal.
- Lawful use. Use the App only for lawful purposes and only on devices and data you own or are authorized to manage.
- Permissions. Some features require your permission to access folders or photos. You may grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your system settings.
Optional AI Features
Optional AI features are off by default and require your own third-party API key. If you enable them, your use of the third-party AI provider is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for any usage costs charged by that provider.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its name, design, and content, is owned by Sacred Pathway LLC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will recover or free any specific amount of storage.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sacred Pathway LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. You are responsible for reviewing items before removal and for maintaining backups.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where preempted by applicable consumer-protection law.
