Sacred Focus Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Sacred Focus application (the "App") provided by Sacred Pathway LLC ("Sacred Pathway," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility and family use

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use Sacred Focus for a household or enter information about a child or another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so. A parent, guardian, or other authorized adult should supervise use involving children. Sacred Focus does not create separate online accounts for family members.

The service

Sacred Focus provides tools for family schedules, calendars, events, tasks, reminders, lists, planning, themes, and related household organization. The App primarily stores planning content locally on your device. Features may depend on your device, iOS version, Apple services, permissions, internet availability, or an active premium entitlement.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. References to future premium features are not a promise that any particular feature will be released on a particular date.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for information you enter in the App. You agree to enter only content you have the right to use and to respect the privacy of family members and others. You are responsible for the accuracy of schedules, reminders, medical notes, emergency details, and other content and for maintaining your own appropriate backup practices.

Sacred Focus is an organization tool. It is not medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional advice, and it must not be relied upon as the only source for time-critical, health, safety, medication, childcare, or emergency information.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the App; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; use it to violate law or another person's rights; distribute malicious code; or copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the App except where applicable law expressly permits such activity. You may not use the App to store unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful material.

Sacred Focus Premium

Sacred Focus offers one auto-renewable monthly subscription, Sacred Focus Premium Monthly, with product identifier com.sacredfocus.app.premium.monthly. Premium may unlock unlimited family planning tools, shared-calendar capabilities available in the App, unlimited tasks and reminders, premium customization, advanced scheduling tools, and other premium features we add in the future.

The intended United States price is $4.99 per month. The actual price, currency, taxes, and available terms displayed by the App Store at purchase control. Pricing may vary by country or region and may change as permitted by Apple and applicable law.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

The App provides Restore Purchases for eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple under App Store policies. No free trial or introductory offer is promised unless it is expressly shown by the App Store at the time of purchase. Family Sharing is available only if Apple and Sacred Pathway enable it for the subscription; it should not be assumed from these Terms.

Apple terms

Your license to use the App is a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license for your personal or household use on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to the App Store usage rules. Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support of the App. To the extent required by Apple's terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable App-license provisions.

Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, branding, graphics, text supplied by us, and other materials, is owned by Sacred Pathway or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Sacred Focus, Sacred Pathway, and associated marks may not be used without permission.

Availability and third-party services

We work to keep the App useful and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Apple services, Calendar, Reminders, Siri, notifications, StoreKit, widgets, device backups, and other operating-system features are controlled by Apple and may be unavailable or change independently of us. Your use of those services is also subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." Sacred Pathway disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that reminders will always be delivered, that information will never be lost, or that every feature will work on every device. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sacred Pathway and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or use arising from the App. Sacred Pathway's aggregate liability relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App during the 12 months before the claim or US $50. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or discontinue the App. Termination does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; you must manage cancellation through Apple. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, law, or our practices. We will post revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
