Sacred Focus Privacy Policy

Sacred Pathway LLC ("Sacred Pathway," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Sacred Focus family-planning application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
The short version
Sacred Focus is designed to keep your planning information on your device. The App does not require an online account, does not use an advertising or analytics SDK, and does not operate a server that receives your family-planning content. You choose what information to enter and which optional Apple permissions to grant.
Information you may enter
Depending on the features you use, you may enter family profiles and planning content such as names, family roles, birthdays, optional phone numbers or email addresses, colors, school or employer details, medical notes, allergies, emergency-contact details, notes, events, locations, tasks, reminders, lists, chores, meals, and goals. This information may concern you or family members, including children.
Sacred Focus does not require all of these fields. Please enter only information that is appropriate for your household and that you are authorized to manage.
Where App data is stored
The App stores its planning data locally on your device using Apple system storage technologies, including SwiftData and preferences. A limited local snapshot may be shared with the Sacred Focus widget through an Apple App Group on the same device. The App also stores a local premium-entitlement status so it can continue to recognize recent access when network service is temporarily unavailable.
The current version does not provide a Sacred Pathway account, upload your planning content to a Sacred Pathway backend, or provide cloud-based family syncing. Apple device backup or operating-system services may handle App data according to your device and Apple account settings; those services are controlled by Apple, not Sacred Pathway.
Optional Apple permissions and features
Sacred Focus may ask for permission to access Apple Calendar and Reminders so that features using those services can operate. Access is optional, is controlled in iOS Settings, and is governed by Apple's platform protections. The App may also request permission to show alerts, badges, and sounds for reminders. The current App does not register for remote push notifications.
Sacred Focus can integrate with Apple system features such as widgets, Siri/App Intents, and Live Activities. Information you choose to expose through those features is processed by Apple under your device settings and Apple's applicable privacy terms. Ambient-sound features play bundled audio and do not request microphone access.
The current App does not request access to Contacts, Photos, precise location, Health data, the camera, or the microphone, and it does not request Apple's tracking permission.
Purchases and subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Apple processes your Apple ID, payment method, billing, transaction, refund, and subscription-management information. Sacred Pathway does not receive your full payment-card details. The App receives verified purchase and entitlement information from Apple so it can unlock premium features and restore purchases.
Analytics, advertising, and third parties
The current App does not include third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, crash-reporting, or social-tracking SDKs. It does not sell or rent personal information and does not use planning content for targeted advertising.
If you contact us by email or through the public website, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and message, in order to respond. Website and email providers may process that communication under their own terms.
Children and family information
Sacred Focus is a household-planning tool intended to be set up and supervised by a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult. The App does not create separate online accounts for children and does not knowingly collect children's information on a Sacred Pathway server through the App. Adults are responsible for deciding what information about children or other family members to enter and for obtaining any permission required by applicable law.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
Local App information remains on your device until you edit or delete it, use the App's local-data deletion controls, or remove the App, subject to any Apple device backups you control. You can revoke Calendar, Reminders, Siri, and notification permissions in iOS Settings. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Because Sacred Pathway does not maintain an online Sacred Focus account or backend copy of your planning content, we ordinarily cannot retrieve or delete that local content for you. If you email support, you may ask us to delete the support correspondence we control, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
Security
We use the safeguards provided by iOS and follow platform-appropriate development practices. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Protect your device with a passcode, keep iOS updated, and avoid entering information you do not need in the App.
International users and legal rights
Privacy rights vary by location. You may contact us to ask about information Sacred Pathway controls, such as a support message. We may need to verify your request and may retain information when permitted or required by law. Your rights regarding information processed by Apple should be directed to Apple.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect App changes, legal requirements, or improved practices. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or through another appropriate channel.
