Sacred Bill Tracker Privacy Policy

Who we are

Sacred Bill Tracker is an iOS app made by Sacred Pathway LLC. This policy explains what information Sacred Bill Tracker handles and how. It supplements the Sacred Pathway LLC company privacy policy at sacredpathwayllc.com/privacy; where this page is more specific about Sacred Bill Tracker, this page applies.

Information you enter

Sacred Bill Tracker stores the financial information you choose to enter so the app can work for you:

  • Bills (name, amount, due date, category, recurrence, auto-pay flag, notes)
  • Income entries
  • Budgets
  • Categories
  • Payment status and payment history you record
  • Savings records you log in the Smart Savings Pack

Sacred Bill Tracker does not require a bank connection, and we never ask for your bank login inside the app. If you choose to enable the optional AutoTrack Premium feature, bank connections are provided by Plaid — your bank credentials go to Plaid, never to Sacred Pathway LLC. Smart Savings Pack

The Smart Savings Pack (bill negotiation guidance, scripts, and savings estimates) runs using deterministic, rule-based logic on your device:

  • Recommendations and estimates are generated by on-device rules — not by artificial intelligence.
  • The feature does not use OpenAI, a large language model (LLM), or any external AI provider.
  • Your bill information is not sent to an AI provider.
  • Savings figures are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Results depend on your provider and account.
  • The app does not contact providers for you and does not negotiate automatically — you contact your providers yourself.
  • Savings records you confirm are stored on your device.

Account and cloud services

Sacred Bill Tracker uses an account (email/password or Sign in with Apple) so your data can be backed up and available to you. Authentication and data hosting are provided by Supabase, our cloud infrastructure provider. Your bills, income, budgets, and related records are stored with your account and synced securely, which also powers optional features like sharing bills with a partner or family member. Because of this, not all app data stays only on your device.

Analytics

To understand how the app is used and improve it, Sacred Bill Tracker records in-app usage events (for example, which screens are opened and purchase-funnel events) on our own infrastructure (Supabase), associated with your account.

The app includes AppsFlyer for install attribution and measurement, and may use Meta and TikTok for advertising attribution and campaign measurement. Depending on your App Tracking Transparency choice, device and advertising identifiers may be available for tracking; aggregated measurement, including SKAdNetwork, and event measurement can still occur without IDFA access. The app sends product-interaction event occurrences such as account creation, bill creation, income creation, and verified subscription or purchase events. Bill-created and income-created events do not include bill names, bill amounts, balances, due dates, notes, or income amounts. Verified subscription or purchase events may include product identifier, price, and currency. These advertising and attribution events are distinct from the private bill, income, budget, bank-login, and bank-transaction data you enter in the app. Declining tracking does not limit any app feature.

Notifications

Bill reminders are optional. If you enable notifications, your device's push token is stored so reminders can be delivered to your device. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings, and the app stops using the token for reminders.

Purchases

All purchases — including subscriptions and the Smart Savings Pack one-time purchase — are processed by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Sacred Pathway LLC does not receive your full payment-card information. Purchases, refunds, and subscription management are handled through your Apple account.

Data sharing

We share information only with:

  • Service providers that operate the app on our behalf: Supabase (accounts, data hosting, analytics events), AppsFlyer (install attribution and event measurement), Meta and TikTok (advertising attribution and campaign measurement where applicable), and Apple (purchases, notifications).
  • People you choose, when you use sharing features (for example, sharing bills with a partner or family member).
  • Authorities, if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
  • A successor business, if Sacred Pathway LLC is involved in a merger or acquisition, under the same protections.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Your account data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to, your synced data is deleted from our systems. Information stored only on your device — including Smart Savings records — is removed when you delete it in the app or remove the app from your device.

Data security

We protect your information with encryption in transit and access controls, and we limit access to systems that hold your data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but we work to protect your information with industry-standard measures.

Children's privacy

Sacred Bill Tracker is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and deletion requests

  • View and edit your bills, income, budgets, and records at any time in the app.
  • Delete individual records, or delete your account and its synced data.
  • Turn notifications off in iOS Settings.
  • Control ad tracking through iOS Settings, under Privacy & Security, then Tracking.
  • For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact us using the information below.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Meaningful changes will be highlighted in the app or on this page.

Privacy Policy — Android

Sacred Bill Tracker Privacy Policy

Sacred Bill Tracker for Android version 1.0.9 is a local-first bill, income, focus, schedule, to-do, calendar, reports, and CPA export app.

Information Stored Locally

The Android app stores bill details, due dates, categories, recurrence settings, paid status, notes, income entries, Sacred Focus tasks, schedule blocks, to-dos, partner-preparation data, and export-related records locally on your device.

How Data Is Used

Local data is used to show bills, dashboard totals, reminders, calendar views, reports, weekly income summaries, Sacred Focus planning, schedule blocks, and CPA export files when you choose to export.

Google Play Billing

Optional Pro and Focus Plus subscriptions are handled by Google Play Billing. Google Play processes purchases, renewals, cancellations, and subscription management. The Android app does not receive or store your payment card information.

CPA Exports

CPA exports are created locally on your device as ZIP/CSV files. The app opens the Android share sheet only when you choose to share an export. You control where exported files are sent or saved.

Cloud Sync Status

Cloud Sync is not active in Android version 1.0.9 unless a secure backend is configured in a future release. This Android build does not include backend credentials, and it does not send bill or income data to a sync server.

Network And Accounts

Core bill tracking works locally without an account. Internet access may be used for Google Play Billing and Android or Google Play system services. Sacred Bill Tracker does not connect to bank accounts, move money, pay bills, provide loans, or provide financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

Data Deletion

You can edit or delete bills, income entries, focus tasks, and schedule items inside the app where those controls are available. You can delete local Android app data by uninstalling Sacred Bill Tracker or clearing the app storage in Android system settings. You can delete CPA export files from wherever you saved or shared them. Subscriptions can be canceled or managed in Google Play.
