Focus Mom Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sacred Pathway LLC ("Sacred Pathway," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Focus Mom, our family productivity and planning app.

Focus Mom is designed as an offline-first app for family organization. The current iOS TestFlight build stores your planning information locally on your device unless you choose to use an optional feature that requires permission or a future connected service.

Information You Provide

Focus Mom may let you enter family productivity information such as tasks, routines, calendar events, homework, groceries, meals, habits, notes, rewards, family member names, birthdays, appointments, medicine reminders, emergency contacts, journal notes, mood entries, water tracking, budget notes, vacation plans, pet care notes, and related planning details.

This information is used to provide the features you choose to use inside the app.

Local Storage

The current Focus Mom iOS build stores app data locally on your device using local app storage, including SQLite and device preferences. Sacred Pathway LLC does not receive this local app data from the current offline-first build unless you separately contact us or a future cloud feature is enabled and disclosed.

Photos, Attachments, Voice Notes, URLs, and Locations

Focus Mom includes foundations for optional attachments and reminders. If you choose to use these features, the app may request permission to access photos, record voice notes, save URLs, or save optional location information for planning items such as events, appointments, memories, or emergency contacts. These permissions are optional and are used only to support the feature you choose.

Notifications

Focus Mom may request permission to send local notifications for tasks, routines, homework, meals, habits, and family events. Notification permission can be controlled in iOS Settings.

Cloud Sync, AI, and Subscriptions

The current Focus Mom release is prepared for future cloud sync, AI coach features, and subscriptions, but these services are not required for the offline-first planning experience. If future versions connect to Firebase, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, StoreKit, or other service providers, this Privacy Policy and App Store privacy disclosures will be updated as needed before those features are made available.

Analytics and Diagnostics

Focus Mom does not sell your personal information. TestFlight and Apple may collect crash reports, diagnostics, install status, and beta testing information under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We may use that information to improve app stability and performance.

How We Use Information

We use information only to provide, maintain, and improve Focus Mom; save your tasks and family planning data locally; send reminders you enable; display your schedules, routines, groceries, meals, habits, notes, and rewards; respond to support requests; troubleshoot bugs; and comply with legal obligations.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use your family planning content for third-party advertising. We may share limited information only with service providers needed to operate the app or website, when required by law, or when needed to protect users, the app, or Sacred Pathway LLC.

Children and Family Information

Focus Mom is intended for parents, guardians, and family organizers. The app may let a parent or guardian enter information about family members. Focus Mom is not intended for children to create accounts or submit personal information directly to Sacred Pathway LLC. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, contact us and we will review and delete it where appropriate.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. If you contact us for support, we may retain your message long enough to respond and maintain business records. You may request deletion of support-related personal information by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No app, device, or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can choose what information to enter in Focus Mom. You can disable notifications, photo access, microphone access, and location access in iOS Settings. You can delete items inside the app or uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Focus Mom evolves. When we make changes, we will update the date above and publish the revised policy on this page.
