BillGuard Privacy Policy

Effective November 2026. BillGuard is operated by Sacred Pathway LLC.

What we collect. Your email address and account ID (for sign-in); the balance, payday, paycheck amount, bills and payment records you enter; your subscription status, which we verify directly with Apple or Google; and basic in-app events (for example, paywall viewed or purchase completed). These events contain no financial amounts.

What we don’t collect. Bank logins, bank account or card numbers, location, contacts or advertising identifiers. BillGuard doesn’t connect to banks and never moves money or pays bills.

How we use it. Only to run the app: show your bills and safe-to-spend estimate, schedule reminders on your device, and confirm your subscription. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising or tracking.

Who processes it. Supabase (database and sign-in) acts as our service provider. Apple and Google process payments and confirm subscription status under their own privacy policies.

Security. Data is encrypted in transit. Each account can only access its own records. The offline copy on your phone is encrypted and removed when you sign out.

Your choices. Export your data as CSV in Settings. Delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account, also available on the subscription screen) or at sacredpathwayllc.com/billguard-delete-account. Deletion permanently removes your account, settings, bills and payment history.

Children. BillGuard is not directed to children under 13.
