AC CARE PRIVACY POLICY

AC Care is provided by Sacred Pathway LLC. This policy explains how the app handles information.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

AC Care does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. The app does not use analytics, advertising, tracking technologies, or third-party software development kits.

INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

Information you enter—including filter maintenance records, filter size and location, and HVAC company contact details—is stored locally on your device. Sacred Pathway LLC does not receive or have access to this information. The app does not provide an account or cloud-sync service.

Under normal iOS behavior, deleting the app also removes the app's locally stored data. You are responsible for any information you choose to enter.

DEVICE PERMISSIONS

The app does not request access to location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, calendars, Bluetooth, or other protected device information.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The app is a general household-maintenance utility and is not directed to children. Because the app does not collect data, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If the app's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before the changed practices are introduced where required.
